All requests concerning the personal data in the area outlined below should be sent by surface mail (address given above) or e-mail address risebya@gmail.com. The data will be processed for marketing of the products and services of the RiseByA ltd. company. The legal basis of personal data processing in this range is the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

The legally justified interest of the personal data administrator is the marketing of the products and services of the company represented by the administrator. You are entitled to object to the above specified processing of your data in response to which your data will be erased and withdrawn from processing. Your data will be moved exclusively to the legally authorised subjects, will not be profiled or made available to other countries.

To provide E-Services the data will be stored throughout the duration of the service and then until the statute of limitation(prescriptive period). For marketing of the RiseByA company products and services the data will be stored until expressed objection to their processing. You will always have access to your personal data, to their removal, restriction of their processing or moving. It is assumed that your data have been given voluntarily, unless provided no E-services will be possible. You are entitled to address a formal complaint to the institution supervising protection of personal data, represented by the President of Personal Data Protection Office.
